1. Realize that everyone has sinned and is in need of a Savior: "for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God: (Romans 3:23) and "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." (1st John 1:8)   

 

 

    2. Repent of your sin, "Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3). "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." (Acts 3:19).

 

 

    3. Confess you are a sinner to God. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1st John 1:9) and "With the mouth confession is made unto salvation." ( Romans 10:10)

 

 

    4. Forsake sin, turn from sinful ways. "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD..for he will abundantly pardon." (Isaiah 55:7).

 

 

    5. Believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."    (John 3:16).

 

 

    6. Receive Jesus Christ into your heart by faith.  "For as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his mane." (John 1:12).

 

 

    7. Proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in your life. "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thne heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved..For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:9, 13).

 

 

 

 

      Dear God in heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus.  Im sorry for my sins and for the life i have lived.  I ask you for forgiveness and to cleanse me with your blood from all unrighteousness.   The Bible says in Romans chapter 10 verse 9 if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised him form the dead, we shall be saved.  Right now i confess Jesus Christ as the Lord of my soul.  With my heart, I belive that God raised him from the dead.  This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to his word, right now I am saved.  thank you , Jesus for giving your life so that I can have eternal life.  Amen.
